Synopsis
Hear the tales of 1001 Nights woven through Rimsky-Korsakov\’s epic work Scheherazade. In true Inventi style, this is a reimagined, mesmerising version of the orchestral classic arranged by Glynn Davies for five players. Also featuring well known works by acclaimed Australian composer, Caerwen Martin – it has something for everyone and is not to be missed!
Melbourne based Inventi Ensemble have established themselves as one of the most prolific chamber ensembles and a leading force in Australian chamber music.
Renowned for their impressive arrangements of large scale works for smaller ensembles, this concert features virtuosic performers and dazzling music and storytelling- it definitely is classical music at its finest.
